Conference Registration
MIND!!: To participate in the conference booking, the conference package is compulsory. Exceptions are only made for local participants. Venue Booking must be made using the conference online code provided during registration.

Registration is now closed.
Should you wish an invoice, please send the name, address and VAT number (TAX payer number or fiscal code) of the person or institution paying the fees to JL.Capelo Martinez jlcapelom.ultrasonics2023@bioscopegroup.org
The conference registration fee for delegates, students and welcome speakers includes (booking with the conference package is compulsory):
Full Board
- Access to all Networking and Conference Sessions
- Conference material (Welcome bag, Identification badge, Conference programme, Attendance, and presentation certificate).
- Access to Coffee Breaks (Drinks and snacks)
- Participation in the Lisbon Tour Visit (Downtown)
- Access to the Chillout Shotgun Poster Session.
- Participation in the Welcome Dinner with a Portuguese Fado Music Performance.
- Participation in the Conference Gala Dinner with a Classic Music Performance.
- Participation in the Galician Queimada and Drinking Together.
- Access to the SPA, Gym and Hotel Swimming Pool all day during the event (only if the attendee is staying in the conference venue with the special conference code).
- Access to Breakfasts, Lunches and Dinners during the event.

- Access to the SPA, Gym and Hotel Swimming Pool all day during the event.
- Participation in the Lisbon Tour Visit (Downtown)

- Participation in the Galician Queimada and Drinking Together.
Booking must be done directly with the HOTEL. Internet or travel agency bookings do not include meals and social events. See the Venue Registration section for more information.
